    Lloyds Technology Centre India has appointed Ritesh Jha as its new head-talent Acquisition. With over two decades of leadership experience across global talent and HR functions, Jha is set to play a key role in strengthening the company’s talent strategy and supporting its growth and innovation goals.

    In his new role at Lloyds Technology Centre India, Jha is expected to leverage his extensive experience to advance the company’s talent-acquisition strategy, strengthen its leadership pipeline, and attract top industry talent to support the organisation’s expanding digital and innovation-driven initiatives.

    Before joining Lloyds, Jha served as senior vice president – tech recruiting Asia at Citi India, where he led strategic hiring programmes, automation initiatives, and location strategies. He was instrumental in developing technology centres of excellence across the region, driving efficiency and scalability in recruitment operations. He joined Citi in the year 2023.

    Jha’s career spans prominent roles across leading organisations such as FIS, Allegis Global Solutions, Info Edge India, GE, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Sun Life Financial, and Infosys. An innovative, forward thinking HR, Jha’s expertise lies in documented success in talent acquisition & HR spanning BFSI, tech, internet, retail, operations, analytics, executive hiring for global capability centres and strategic talent investment buildout locations

    At FIS, he led talent acquisition for India and the Philippines and served as the global TA head for the BPO business, while at Allegis, he successfully managed large-scale hiring programmes and spearheaded talent- transformation initiatives. Jha began his career as a lifestyle and wellness caoch before joining Infosys in 2005 as its MT-employee relations.

    With a deep understanding of technology, financial services, and consulting domains, Jha has built a reputation for designing high-performing recruitment frameworks and driving organisational capability building. He holds an MBA in HR from Bangalore University.
