Uni Klinger has appointed Yogita Shetty as its new head-human resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company focuses on building a future-ready workforce to support its next phase of growth.

A manufacturer of fluid control and fluid sealing products, Uni Klinger has entrusted Shetty with leading its people strategy, with responsibilities spanning talent management, leadership development, organisational effectiveness and employee experience. She will play a key role in strengthening a high-performance culture and enhancing workforce capability across the organisation.

Shetty brings close to 20 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, media, insurance and diversified business sectors. Prior to joining Uni Klinger, she served as head corporate HR and business HR for the Environment, Agriculture and Projects businesses at Neterwala Group.

During her five-year stint at Neterwala Group, she partnered closely with promoters and business leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, succession planning and scalable people practices. She also led HR digitisation initiatives, including the implementation of platforms such as Darwinbox and SuccessFactors, while strengthening governance and organisational alignment.

Earlier, Shetty was associated with Zee Entertainment Enterprises, where she led performance, culture and corporate HR business partnering initiatives for a workforce of more than 3,500 employees. She also played a role in employee engagement and talent management at SBI General Insurance, contributing to the organisation’s recognition as a Great Place to Work.

Her previous experience includes over six years at Essar Power, where she managed talent engagement, high-potential development and business partnering initiatives across a workforce of nearly 2,800 employees. She began her HR career with Blue Sky HR Solution, supporting organisations across multiple industries through HR business partnering assignments.
