Dharam Dhillon has joined Atain as vice president – global head, training, bringing more than two decades of experience across learning and development, training delivery, talent development and service-delivery management. In his new role, Dhillon will lead the organisation’s global training function, with a focus on building learning solutions aligned with business outcomes and supporting employee development across the organisation.
Dhillon has extensive experience across the learning lifecycle, spanning recruitment, induction, training design and development, delivery, and learning technology. His experience includes designing customised learning interventions across instructor-led, blended and e-learning formats.
Prior to joining Atain, Dhillon spent five years with Tech Mahindra, where he most recently served as head–training from July 2021 to June 2026. He had earlier held the role of associate head – training at the company.
Before Tech Mahindra, Dhillon was associate vice president at Wipro, where he spent over six years from April 2015 to May 2021. Earlier, he served as training head – corporate services at MetLife for over two years.
His career in learning and development began in 2002 as a training specialist at *vCustomer* Services India. He subsequently worked with Mahindra Satyam BPO as manager – training before moving into leadership roles at MetLife, Wipro and Tech Mahindra.
Dhillon began his professional career as a network engineer at Pancho System in 2001.
Across his career, Dhillon has worked with different management profiles and has handled training solutions, delivery, recruitment services and temporary staffing support. His experience spans the end-to-end employee learning journey, including training applications and technology and learning projects aimed at business improvement.
With his appointment at Atain, Dhillon will bring his extensive L&D and training leadership experience to the organisation as it builds and strengthens its global learning capabilities.
