In a proud moment for India Inc., Amara Raja Group has been recognised among the World’s Best Employers 2025 by Forbes, reaffirming its standing as a people-first organisation that blends innovation with purpose-driven leadership. The Group is one of only six Indian companies to make it to the prestigious global list this year, joining Reliance Industries, HCL Technologies, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Larsen & Toubro.

Compiled in collaboration with data and intelligence platform Statista, the Forbes World’s Best Employers list is based on independent surveys of over 300,000 employees across 50 countries. The evaluation focuses on workplace culture, career development, diversity, inclusion, and overall satisfaction. Only 31 conglomerates worldwide were ranked this year, with Amara Raja placed 28th, earning a score of 63.65 out of 100, in its category — a recognition that highlights its commitment to nurturing talent and empowering people at every level.

With a workforce of more than 21,000 employees, Amara Raja continues to invest deeply in creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning. The company’s philosophy, known as The Amara Raja Way, underpins its approach to building an environment where employees are encouraged to innovate, lead, and transform.

Expressing pride in the achievement, Jayadev Galla, chairman and co-founder, Amara Raja Group, said the recognition is “a validation of our people-first approach and our commitment to finding a better way — one that empowers individuals and transforms communities.”

Echoing this sentiment, Jaikrishna B, president and group CHRO, remarked, “We are truly delighted to be featured once again in the Forbes World’s Best Employers 2025 list. This recognition is a reflection of The Amara Raja Way, where our values, people practices, and purpose come together to create a culture of trust, care, and continuous learning. It’s our people who make this possible every day through their passion, collaboration, and commitment to making Amara Raja a workplace that truly inspires.”

This milestone cements Amara Raja’s reputation not just as an industrial leader but as a global benchmark in progressive people practices — where empowerment, innovation, and purpose go hand in hand.
