TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has launched a People Happiness Programme (PHP), a year-round employee-wellbeing initiative covering physical, psychological, social and financial wellbeing.

The programme is built around four principles — communication, clarity, consistency and care — and aims to integrate wellbeing into employees’ everyday experience rather than limiting it to periodic engagement activities.

Under the physical-wellbeing pillar, employees will have access to health check-up camps, wellness programmes and yoga sessions. The psychological wellbeing component includes wellness webinars and 24×7 professional counselling services in multiple languages.

The social-wellbeing pillar focuses on building workplace connections through cultural and festive celebrations, employee offsites and CSR activities. The financial wellbeing component will provide employees with guidance on financial management and planning, along with support during unforeseen emergencies.

TVS ILP will also use regular employee pulse checks and feedback mechanisms to track changing employee needs and refine the programme.

The initiative comes as the company continues to focus on employee experience.

Aditi Kumar, joint managing director, TVS ILP, said,  “The People Happiness Programme reflects our conviction that when employees feel valued, heard and supported, they are empowered to bring their best to work and contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s growth. As we continue to scale our business across India, our focus remains on creating an environment where people can thrive professionally and personally. This programme is not a one-time initiative but an ongoing commitment to listening, learning and building a workplace that puts people first.”
