    AGI Greenpac appoints Prem Viswanathan as VP-HR

    Viswanathan brings 17 years of HR leadership experience across the FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, and real- estate sectors

    AGI Greenpac has appointed Prem Viswanathan as vice president–human resources, strengthening its leadership team as the packaging and glass manufacturing company enters its next phase of growth. In his new role, Viswanathan will lead the company’s human  resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organisational capability, and people strategy aligned with AGI Greenpac’s long-term business objectives.

    Viswanathan brings 17 years of HR leadership experience across the FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, and real- estate sectors.

    Prior to joining AGI Greenpac, he served as chief people officer & vice president – HR at Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities (Cremica & English Oven) for over two years. There he led the company’s people strategy and HR transformation initiatives.

    Earlier, he was general manager –human resources at Frigorifico Allana for over two years, driving strategic HR and organisational development.

    Before that, Viswanathan spent more than five years as head–business HR at Raymond Consumer Care, partnering with business leaders on talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.

    He also served as head – human resources at Narang Danone Access for over three years, where he led the company’s HR function during a key growth phase.

    Earlier in his career, he has also worked with Inorbit Malls (India) and Oberoi Realty.

    Viswanathan holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Human Resources from the Mumbai Institute of Management & Research, University of Mumbai, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
