    Aprecomm appoints Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil as global CHRO

    Aprecomm has appointed Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil as its global chief human resources officer (CHRO), reinforcing its focus on building organisational capability as it scales its AI-led business. In her new role, Kizhekkeveettil will lead the company’s global people strategy, talent transformation, and organisational development agenda.

    She will work closely with leadership to align workforce priorities with Aprecomm’s next phase of growth. Her mandate includes driving people strategy across markets, strengthening organisational frameworks, and enabling workforce planning aligned with AI-led innovation.

    Kizhekkeveettil brings over 23 years of experience in human resources across industries and geographies. She has led large-scale hiring and talent initiatives, designed learning and development programmes, and built frameworks to enhance employee experience and retention. Her approach focuses on creating inclusive workplaces, fostering collaboration, and enabling continuous capability building in fast-evolving business environments.

    Most recently, she served as global CHRO at Nexusnow.ai, where she led HR initiatives across India, the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. She has extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee experience, organisational development, compliance, and HR transformation.

    Prior to this, she was head-HR, ALTEN India, where she spent nearly five years building HR systems, strengthening performance management, and driving employee engagement. Her earlier career includes roles at Prime Focus Technologies, Max New York Life Insurance, Triangle Communications, and Tata AIG General Insurance.

    According to her professional profile, Kizhekkeveettil is a results-driven HR leader with deep expertise in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. She is known for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, building collaborative and high-performance cultures, and driving employee engagement at scale. Her experience also includes managing statutory compliance, risk mitigation, and implementing HR technology solutions to improve organisational efficiency.

    Kizhekkeveettil holds a degree from Bangalore University, which laid the foundation for her career in human resources.
