    Infinx appoints Debashish Ghosh as SVP & head of HR–India and the Philippines

    Infinx has appointed Debashish Ghosh as senior vice president and head of HR – India and the Philippines, giving him responsibility for the people agenda across the two markets. In his new role, he will focus on advancing Infinx’s people strategy, strengthening HR operations and building organisational capabilities across India and the Philippines.

    At Infinx, Ghosh’s mandate will centre on aligning the people function more closely with business priorities while supporting workforce capability, culture and organisational growth across the two markets.

    Ghosh brings more than two decades of experience in human resources, with expertise spanning HR leadership, business partnering, organisational development, culture transformation, change leadership and talent management.

    Prior to joining Infinx, Ghosh served as SVP & head of HR – India and the Philippines at Access Healthcare from February to July 2026. Before that, he spent over seven years at Berkadia, where he was SVP & head of HR–India. He had earlier spent more than 12 years with Genpact, progressing to the role of AVP & lead HRBP.

    Ghosh began his HR career with GE Capital in 2001 as a Management Trainee, following an earlier stint with Dolphin Hotel in guest relations. His experience across these organisations has included HR business partnering, people transformation, organisaational development and talent management.

    An executive alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Ghosh has also completed an Executive Certificate Programme in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and holds the SHRM-SCP and Global Talent Management Leader (GTML) credentials.
