Mallet E has joined HCA Healthcare India as head of human resources, marking a new leadership appointment for the organisation’s people function and will be based in Hyderabad. In his new role at HCA Healthcare India, Mallet will lead the organisation’s human resources function in India.
He brings more than 19 years of experience in talent and human resources, with most of his career spent at Deloitte, where he progressed through a series of talent and HR- leadership roles over nearly two decades.
Mallet joined Deloitte in April 2007 as an analyst – talent management. He subsequently served as senior analyst – talent delivery from 2008 to 2010, assistant manager – talent delivery from 2010 to 2012, and manager – talent business advisor from 2013 to 2015.
He then moved into increasingly senior talent business advisor roles from 2015-2023.
From September 2023 to September 2026, Mallet served as vice president – senior talent business advisor (HR) at Deloitte in Hyderabad.
Across these roles, his experience has spanned strategic HR, workforce planning, talent management, project management and large-scale people initiatives. His professional profile also highlights experience in setting up new teams in India, cross-border initiatives, shared-services transformations, change management, organisational integrations, performance-management implementation, succession planning, workforce planning, career management and retention.
Earlier in his career, he gained internship experience with HSBC Global Technology India in 2006-07 and JPMorgan Chase in 2006.
Mallet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Personnel Management and Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, & a Master’s in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Institute of Law.
