    Prudent Insurance Brokers appoints Manvinder Kaur as deputy CHRO

    Kaur has played a pivotal role in driving leadership development initiatives, building high-performance cultures, and leading transformational change in her previous roles

    Indian composite insurance broker, Prudent Insurance Brokers, has roped in Manvinder Kaur as its new deputy chief human resources officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will help shape the company’s people strategy and support its growth journey.

    Kaur brings with her over two decades of experience across industries, with expertise in strategic HR leadership, performance management, organisational development and talent management. She has played a pivotal role in driving leadership- development initiatives, building high-performance cultures, and leading transformational change in her previous roles.

    Prior to this, Kaur was associated with ICICI Lombard General Insurance as its VP-HR. In this role, Kaur led talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, culture & engagement and DEI functions for the company’s 15000+ strong workforce across the country. She joined the company in the year 2018.

    Her career spans over 14 years across multiple sectors, enriching her cross-industry perspective. She has also worked with several other renowned names such as Induslnd Bank, HDFC Bank, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Deloitte, Industrybuying, Gap and BT Global.

    Welcoming her to the organisation, Pavanjit Singh Dhingra, joint managing director, Prudent Insurance Brokers, said, “She brings rich experience in building high-performing teams, driving talent development, and creating a culture of excellence. As we continue to grow and expand, her expertise will strengthen our people-first approach and help us nurture future leaders.”

    On her appointment, Kaur said, “I am delighted to join Prudent at a time when the external market is evolving rapidly. In these times, nurturing talent, fostering accountability, and driving excellence are essential to achieving sustainable success. I look forward to working closely with our teams to build an environment where innovation thrives and every individual is empowered to contribute their best.”

    Kaur holds a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
