Before moving into corporate HR leadership, Morparia spent over two and a half years (December 2012–July 2015) as senior consultant, Cerebrus Consultants. He also worked as an HR business partner, Infosys for over a year (September 2011–December 2012), where he supported a business unit of more than 600 employees and led employee engagement, performance management, promotions, grievance handling, and HR analytics initiatives.
