YES BANK has appointed Ruchita Amey Kadu as VP– employee relations & HR compliance (West), strengthening its people leadership with an experienced HR professional specialising in employee relations and compliance. In her new role, Kadu will lead employee relations and HR compliance across the bank’s western region, supporting workplace governance, policy implementation, employee engagement, and a compliant, people-centric work environment.
Kadu brings over 16 years of experience across employee relations, industrial relations, HR compliance, workforce management, and people operations.
Prior to joining YES BANK, she served as chief manager – employee relations at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where she led employee-relations initiatives and strengthened HR governance and workplace compliance.
Before that, she spent nearly seven years with Mahindra Finance as deputy manager–human resources, managing employee relations, HR operations, and people practices across the business.
Earlier, she worked with Bisleri International in HR & industrial relations, building expertise in labour relations, compliance, and workforce management.
She also served as assistant manager – human resources, Reliance Retail, where she gained experience across HR operations and employee management, and began her career as an HR executive at NSD Global Trade.
Her appointment reflects YES BANK’s continued focus on strengthening employee relations, HR governance, and workplace compliance as part of its broader people strategy.
