    Gurjeet Singh joins Atain as head-global talent acquisition

    At Atain, he will lead global talent-acquisition strategies, helping align AI-enabled hiring models with future-ready workforce capabilities

    Congratulations to Gurjeet Singh on his appointment as head-global talent acquisition, Atain. This leadership move reflects the growing importance of AI-enabled hiring strategies and workforce- transformation initiatives across organisations.

    At Atain, he will lead global talent acquisition strategies across more than 30 delivery centres, helping align AI-enabled hiring models with future-ready workforce capabilities. In his new role, he will be tasked with enhancing recruitment efficiency while integrating human intelligence with AI capabilities to attract technology and customer experience talent. He will also champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to strengthen employer branding efforts.

    Singh brings over 24 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership, with deep expertise across technology, BPM, healthcare and enterprise services sectors. His experience spans large-scale hiring operations, recruitment transformation, employer branding and talent strategy across multiple geographies.

    Before joining Atain, Singh spent more than seven years with Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, where he held leadership positions including TA function head for India, UK and Europe. During this period, he led large-scale technology and business process hiring initiatives and built expertise across international, multilingual and high-volume recruitment operations.

    Earlier, he worked as director–talent acquisition, IKS Health, leading hiring efforts across technology, implementation and analytics teams. His career journey also includes senior talent acquisition roles at Concentrix, Edifecs, iYogi and Wipro, where he developed expertise in leadership hiring, recruitment operations, workforce scaling and technology talent acquisition.

    He began his career with Nestle Service Centre, gaining early exposure to operations and customer-focused business environments.

    On the academic front, Singh holds an MBA from Suresh Gyan Vihar University and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Delhi Technological University.
