ECL Finance has appointed Pramod Shah as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). With over two decades of experience in human resources, Shah brings a wealth of expertise in building agile, people-centric organisations across the financial services and technology sectors.
At ECL Finance, Shah is expected to focus on organisational capability building, leadership development and employee engagement, reinforcing the company’s commitment to a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. His extensive experience in human-capital strategy and process optimisation positions him to play a pivotal role in driving transformation and fostering collaboration across the organisation.
Before joining ECL Finance, Shah served as group CHRO, SarvaGram, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s HR framework and leadership culture. His career also includes impactful stints at Tata Digital as HR lead and Tata Capital as vice president – HR, where he drove strategic HR initiatives, strengthened talent pipelines, and led change-management programmes to support business transformation.
Earlier in his career, Shah contributed to organisations such as Axis Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Capgemini, managing large teams and overseeing people strategies that closely aligned with evolving business goals. He is known for his composure, fast decision-making ability, intellect and ability to motivate others around him.
Shah’s appointment marks a strategic move by ECL Finance to strengthen its leadership bench and advance its people agenda in the dynamic financial services landscape.
