Dimple Kaloya has joined MetLife as chief human resources officer (CHRO), MetLife Global Capability Centres (MGCC), bringing more than two decades of experience across HR transformation, workforce strategy, organisation design and talent leadership. In her new role at MGCC, Kaloya will lead the people agenda as the organisation builds future-ready capabilities and evolves its operating model.
Kaloya joins MetLife after a seven-year career at HSBC, where she served as head-human resources, Global Service Centres India and Group Functions GSC HTCs from April 2021 to August 2026. Before this, she was SVP and head-HR consulting, HSBC Global Services and Technology Centres from September 2019 to April 2021.
Prior to HSBC, Kaloya spent over two years with EY’s people advisory services, from July 2017 to September 2019, leading HR transformation, organisation design, people analytics and talent agendas across financial services, pharmaceuticals and energy.
She previously spent more than seven years with Aon, from April 2010 to July 2017, working across Sydney, Dubai and India in talent, performance and capability.
Kaloya began her career with S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she worked as senior research associate from September 2002 to August 2006, focusing on global private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She subsequently spent nearly four years with WNS Global Services, from September 2006 to April 2010, working on employee engagement and Salesforce effectiveness for a GlaxoSmithKline client.
Her expertise spans HR transformation, organisation design, workforce planning and analytics, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and HR governance.
Kaloya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
