Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has appointed Parviz Dhamodiwalla as senior vice president – human resources, effective June 2026. In the new role, Dhamodiwalla is leading HR for Glenmark’s International Formulations Business across North America, Europe, APAC and Latin America.
Dhamodiwalla brings more than 22 years of global HR experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services and consulting, with expertise in talent management, organisation design, leadership development, HR business partnering and people transformation.
Before joining Glenmark, Dhamodiwalla was the founder and CEO of RuBaSphere Consulting, a people-first HR consultancy she founded in April 2025. She held the role until June 2026, working on training, coaching, talent and leadership development, HR solutions and succession planning.
Prior to this, she was vice president – human resources at The Phoenix Mills, where she worked from September 2022 to January 2024.
A significant part of Dhamodiwalla’s career was spent with Johnson & Johnson, where she worked for nearly 10 years across several international HR leadership roles.
Before Johnson & Johnson, Dhamodiwalla was with Novartis as head talent management & organisation design, global technical operations, Pharma, a role she held from January 2010 to May 2011 in Switzerland.
She began her corporate HR career with Standard Chartered, where she spent more than eight years between May 2001 and May 2009.
An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Dhamodiwalla holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
With experience spanning multiple geographies and complex business environments, Dhamodiwalla now takes on the HR leadership mandate for Glenmark’s international formulations business.
