    IGT Solutions elevates Steffi Steven as head-HR

    IGT Solutions, a customer experience solutions platform, has elevated Steffi Steven to the position of head-human resources. She joined the company in 2023 as its senior human resources manager.

    In this role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy with a focus on talent development, employee engagement, and building a high-performance workplace culture. Her elevation to the role of head of HR reflects the company’s commitment to nurturing leadership from within and advancing its HR capabilities.

    With nearly 18 years of experience in human resources across multiple sectors, Steven brings extensive expertise in talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement. She has previously held senior HR positions at Circulants, Newgen Enterprise, CellPoint Mobile, JR Technologies, Accelya Kale Solutions and Hutchison 3G.

    A postgraduate in human resources management from the Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research, Steven is deeply passionate about creating workplaces where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

    Reflecting on her new role, Steven shared on LinkedIn that stepping into the position is both a proud and humbling moment. She said she looks forward to learning, growing, and creating greater impact as she leads HR at IGT Solutions.

    Her appointment underscores IGT Solutions’ continued focus on people-first leadership and its commitment to enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
