LTIMindtree has roped in Antony Dinesh as its new head-human resources for the Americas. The move comes as the IT services company continues to expand its footprint across North and South America, a region that remains critical to its global growth and client-delivery strategy.

Based in New Jersey, Dinesh will spearhead the people function across the US, Canada, and Latin America (LATAM), ensuring alignment with the company’s broader HR and business strategies. His mandate includes driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and overseeing HR operations to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and support organisational objectives.

Dinesh confirmed his appointment through a social-media update.

A postgraduate in Social Work with a specialisation in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart College, Dinesh also holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai. He brings deep expertise across core HR functions, with strengths in large-scale talent acquisition, hiring niche lateral talent, and driving change through innovation.

Before joining LTIMindtree, Dinesh spent several years at Tata Consultancy Services, where he served as deputy HR head for the US. In that role, he was involved in workforce planning, talent strategy, and HR operations for one of the company’s largest international markets.

Dinesh brings over 25 years of experience spanning organisational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and legal risk management. His career has been shaped by a focus on building high-performance cultures that emphasise productivity, quality and workforce efficiency.

In addition to his tenure at TCS, he has held senior leadership roles at HCL and Prasad Corporation, giving him exposure across IT services as well as the media and entertainment sectors.

The appointment reflects LTIMindtree’s intent to reinforce its people strategy in the Americas as it balances near-term market realities with long-term growth ambitions.
