Lyric.ai has appointed Srilakshmi Kesari as its new vice president and country HR head for India, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. The AI-driven healthcare technology firm is expanding rapidly, and this appointment signals its focus on strengthening operations in one of its key global hubs.

In her new role, Kesari will guide the overall people strategy for the India organisation. Her mandate includes nurturing a strong workplace culture, building a future-ready talent framework, and enhancing employee experiences across the board. The company is looking to deepen its capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics, and her leadership will be central to developing the skilled workforce needed to support these goals.

Prior to this, she was associated with Tata Consultancy Services as its head-HR- talent engagement and development. She joined the company in 2023.

Backed by 21 years of experience in strategic HR, Kesari’s expertise lies in talent management, talent acquisition, resource management, compensation and benefits and employee relations. She has experience leading the entire gamut of HR in multinational companies as well as GCCs.

An alumna of Andhra University, she has proved her excellence in creating and implementing talent- acquisition strategies ranging from university relations through senior executive recruitment.

Kesari’s appointment comes at a time when the company is accelerating its mission to simplify the business side of care. By strengthening talent practices and shaping a cohesive culture, she is expected to enable teams in India to deliver greater impact and support Lyric.ai’s broader vision of building intelligent, reliable and scalable healthcare solutions.

With this leadership change, Lyric.ai aims to reinforce its commitment to building a high-performing, people-centric organisation as it continues to grow its global presence.
